OUR PHILOSOPHY
Every person has all the resources needed, within oneself, to be whoever they want to be, to create change, to achieve goals.

The conscious mind can think about an emotion such as sadness, happiness or fear. The unconscious mind automatically responds appropriately to the emotion by changing heart rate, breathing, muscle tone, and many other physiological responses, based on the action needed. This is powerful, isn't it?

Within the sub-conscious mind, is a level of wisdom and insight that far exceeds what might be available to our conscious awareness.

When dealing with the sub-conscious mind and its functions, the greater the conscious effort, the less the sub-conscious response.
  • The mind has tremendous influence over the body.
  • An emotionally induced symptom tends to cause organic change if persisted long enough.
  • A person can wish, a person can hope, but it will not happen until the person has the intent.
  • Behind every behavior is a positive intent.
  • About imagination
  • Beliefs create your reality.
  • Every thought or idea causes a physical reaction.
(Your mind can make you sick, or make you better)
  • Once an idea has been accepted by the sub-conscious mind, it remains until it is replaced by another idea.
  • Each suggestion acted upon creates less opposition to future suggestions.
  • Imagination is more powerful than knowledge.
  • No one has ever accomplished anything without imagining it first.
  • What is expected tends to be realized.
(We become what we think about.)

FOR CLARITY
Hypnosis is a natural state, a connection and a communication process. It is not therapy. It can be used to support medical treatment programs, and is then known as hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy requires a written prescription from a member of the healing arts profession and direct supervision. To be clear, we do not:
  • Counsel
  • Cure
  • Diagnose
  • Heal
  • Prescribe
  • Prevent
  • Prognosticate
  • Treat
